Brian Heun has been in practice since 1995. He has experience in numerous areas of law and practices in areas including real estate transactions and litigation, contract drafting and litigation, business law, landlord/tenant law, zoning and planning, municipal law, estate planning and probate, guardianship, estate and trust litigation and employment law. During his career, Brian has actively litigated matters in both Federal and State Court and appeared before planning and zoning boards throughout New Jersey.
Brian graduated Gettysburg College 1992 with a BA in Business Management with an Accounting and Finance concentration and graduated Villanova Law School in 1995.
In addition to his law practice, Brian is also a member of the City Council of Linwood, New Jersey. A town in which he has resided for nearly 40 years. In his free time Brian competes in races conducted by the Sports Car Club of America throughout the eastern United States.
